Loch Scridain

on the West coast of Mull

We passed this point on the road along the Ross of Mull on the way to Fionnphort and a failed trip to Iona - the wind was increasing and, that day, the ferry would have taken us across, but couldn't guarantee a return. Across Loch Scridain to the north is the Ardmeanach peninsula and the impressive sea cliffs around to the peak of Creach Bheinn.
